Amra Kajan Boys' Club, Durgapur is a non-profit organization which was founded by Late Shri Prasanta Majumder and Shri Shambhu Das in 1972. It is located in the city of Durgapur in West Bengal. Amra Kajan Boys' Club (AKBC) is a club which strives to promote the cultural diversity of our nation and nurture the talents of an individual. We are an unmatchable blend of culture and talent. With a network of hundreds of people, AKBC proudly hosts the "Amra Kajan Football Team" and organizes the acclaimed "Sri Sri Shyama Puja" which is organized every year and has a glory of 40 Years. The Sri Sri Shyama Puja hosted by us has a footfall of more than 10,000 people from across the state of West Bengal and is also said to be the No. 1* Shyama Puja in the district. AKBC has made a mark for itself in the society for its contribution to the civil society in the form of numerous social service works it does including regular blood-donation and health check-up camps. AKBC is run by a team which is dedicated towards uplifting every section of the society. We provide a platform for individuals to nurture their unique talent and showcase it to the world as well. It is in this regard that the club regularly conducts various events to provide a platform to harness talents. We have a football team which is constituted of professional footballers who have a knack of winning. We conduct martial-arts training camps, football training camps, Sit and Draw contests, musical shows and much more.
