#AmraKajanShyamaPuja 2019 celebrations begin with the pandal inauguration by eminent personalities of Durgapur.
The pious ceremony of the 41st Sri Sri Shyama Puja 2019 began by welcoming of our Chief Guests Shri Shashank Sethi (IAS), Hon'ble DM, Durgapur and Shri Devendra P. Singh (IPS), Hon'ble Commissioner of Police, Asansol Durgapur Police. The occasion was also graced by Shri Abhishek Gupta (IPS), Hon'ble Deputy Commissioner of Police, Asansol Durgapur Police as the Guest of Honour along with other eminent dignitaries.
Our Shyama Puja pandal which is based on a divine Shiva Temple of Shimla has bagged the 'Alok Ananda Samman 2019 - Shera Pujo' award by the ABP Ananda media group thereby declaring our pandal as the No. 1 pandal in Durgapur!

#AmraKajanShyamaPuja 2019 proves its metal this year too. Continuing its tradition of putting up the best pandal in the city, our Shyama Puja has been adjudged as the Best Pandal in the industrial city of Durgapur.
The 41st Sri Sri Shyama Puja 2019 pandal is themed around an ancient Shiva Temple in Shimla. The 80 feet long and magnificent structure took more than two months and 100 artisans to complete. The main attractions of the pandal are the artistic works and the desgins which are completely made by fiber. Despite facing natural obstructions such as rain and storm, team Amra Kajan did not step back and instead made sure that it puts up a glamorous view for the visitors.
All the hard work finally paid off when we bagged the 'Alok Ananda Samman 2019 - Shera Pujo' award presented to us by the ABP News Network. This prestigious award is won by the best pandals of a city which is awarded after a detailed survey by the jury members. We at AKBC take immense pride and pleasure to receive this prestigious award and cordially invite you to be a part of our grand celebrations.
